A fresh perspective on midlife health

Your labs say normal.
You know
you’re not.

The exhaustion. The 3am wake-ups. The feeling that you’re no longer yourself. Your experience deserves more than a normal lab result.

Explore a cellular-level approach with Dr. Josh Axe and The Health Institute. Start with a conversation about you.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE. A WHOLE-PERSON PERSPECTIVE.

There’s more to your story

Does this feel familiar?

You look fine on paper.
But you don’t feel fine.

You’re the person everyone depends on. Yet lately, getting through the day takes everything you have. And hearing “everything looks normal” only leaves you with more questions.

Tired before the day begins

Seven or eight hours in bed. And you’re exhausted the second you open your eyes.

Wide awake at 3am

You bolt awake. Your mind starts racing. You count the hours until you have to get up.

A body that feels unfamiliar

The weight around your middle won’t move, even with the habits that used to work.

Words just out of reach

You lose your thought mid-sentence. You read the same email again. This doesn’t feel like you.

If you’ve wondered, “Is this just how it is now?”
Your questions deserve to be heard.

A different place to begin

What if we looked
at the energy
behind it all?

Daily demands
Support the recharge

A teaching analogy, not a diagnostic test.

A lab result is part of your story.

Blood tests are valuable. But a result within the reference range does not explain every symptom or capture how you feel from morning to night. Your history, sleep, nutrition, and day-to-day experience matter, too.

Think of your body like a rechargeable battery.

Dr. Axe teaches cellular health through the idea of energy availability. When the demands on a battery keep outpacing its recharge, asking it to do more misses the point. The question becomes: what is drawing on it, and what helps support the recharge?

One concept in this teaching is the cell danger response: the body directing resources toward protection during stress. It is a self-preservation response, like triage. This is a framework for understanding cellular stress, not proof that it explains your symptoms.

The body deserves support.
The order of that support matters.

That is why the approach begins with foundations before adding more. Your symptoms can have many causes, so individual medical evaluation remains important.

The Cellular Health Regenerator

A thoughtful sequence.
A team beside you.

You wouldn’t rebuild a house by decorating over an unsteady foundation. CHR applies that same idea to health: work through the foundations in order, with guidance at each step.

01

Reset

Rebuild the foundation.

Begin with the terrain: inflammation, detoxification pathways, blood sugar, and the everyday foundations of health.

02

Repair

Clear the clutter.

Bring nutrition, supplement support, and system-specific guidance into a coordinated plan.

03

Regenerate

Restore the structure.

Focus on support for mitochondria, tissues and barriers, alongside mood and hormone health.

04

Renew

Make it part of your life.

Build sustainable habits, integrate what you’ve learned, and keep long-term health in view.

One-on-one support

FNTPs trained and certified under Dr. Axe’s oversight.

Direct learning with Dr. Axe

Monthly live Q&As, delivered fully online.

Two lab milestones

At-home functional blood panels help inform the plan.

Your experience, tracked

Nutri-Q symptom scoring follows how you feel over time.

The first step is finding out whether this approach fits you.

What happens on the consultation

It starts with listening.

You don’t need a perfect explanation for how you feel. Bring your questions and your experience. We’ll start there.

01

Your story comes first

Talk with a consultation team member about your history, symptoms, and what you’ve already tried.

02

Explore the fit

Learn about CHR, ask your questions, and discuss whether the program aligns with your needs.

03

Understand the next step

Leave the conversation knowing what moving forward could look like. You can take time to decide.

This is a program-fit conversation with our consultation team, not a medical appointment with Dr. Axe.

A little more clarity

Before we talk.

A few answers to the questions
you may already be asking.

Is this fully online?

Yes. The consultation and CHR are fully online. The program combines one-on-one practitioner support, monthly live Q&As with Dr. Axe, at-home functional blood panels, and symptom tracking.

What if I already have recent labs?

You can discuss the labs you already have during your consultation. CHR uses functional blood panels at two milestones. The team can explain how existing results may fit and what testing would be involved. You do not need to upload medical records through this form.

Who is this for?

This conversation is for women navigating perimenopause or menopause who want to explore a cellular-health approach to persistent symptoms. Many are in their 40s and 50s, but age alone does not determine fit. Your history, needs, and goals guide the conversation.

What if CHR isn’t the right fit for me?

The purpose of the consultation is to explore fit, not assume it. You can ask questions, talk through your concerns, and decide whether the next step makes sense for you. Requesting a conversation does not enroll you in the program.

Your next chapter starts with a conversation

You deserve
to feel heard.

You’ve spent enough time trying to explain why “normal” doesn’t feel normal. Let’s talk about your story and whether there’s a path forward with CHR.

  • Share what you’ve been experiencing
  • Ask the questions that matter to you
  • Explore your next step

A consultation request is not enrollment in the program.
